If you want to see the challenges of air travel for disabled passengers laid bare, this documentary is a must-see.
Television presenter and disability advocate – and now a member of the Aviation Accessibility Task and Finish Group – Sophie Morgan sent a group of disabled travellers undercover to expose the injustices – and consequences – of inadequate service experienced when flying.
Sophie also visits both the White House and Downing Street, shares details of the Air4All system that could allow passengers to stay in their wheelchairs while flying, and becomes the first British female paraplegic to take a zero-gravity flight.
As Sophie says, “It’s a hard watch at times. But a necessary one”.
