Turkish Airlines, the official sponsor of the UEFA Champions League, has brought in football manager José Mourinho for a new advert to demonstrate the onboard experience.
During the advert, Mourinho, nicknamed ‘The Special One’ by some, experiences the airline’s in-flight services, emerges victorious in a chess match, and enjoys gourmet dishes from the business-class menu. He also watches live UEFA Champions League matches while using noise-cancelling headphones.
The campaign is part of Turkish Airlines’ drive to project Türkiye’s cultural and sporting values onto the global stage, and to reinforce its position as a leading global brand.
