Causeway Aero Group is acquiring Race Completions in a deal that will add to its design and manufacturing capabilities, as well as its portfolio of aerospace approvals. The deal adds EASA Part 21 subpart G capability to Causeway Aero, giving the Lisburn, Northern Ireland-based company approval to manufacture aircraft parts and appliances in conformity with approved data, and with EASA Part 145, allowing it to carry out aircraft interiors maintenance in the MRO sector.
