Touch Inflight Solutions (Touch), an inflight entertainment (IFE) media content and technology provider, has announced a five-year extension of its partnership with LATAM Airlines Group (LATAM), Latin America’s leading airline group.
Over the next five years, Touch and LATAM will continue to deliver exclusive content experiences to passengers on ‘LATAM Play’, with both Latin American and globally appealing programming.
The content curation process will be driven by viewership analytics captured from passengers’ engagement with the seat-back IFE screens and their connected devices. This will allow LATAM to provide rich content personalisation that evolves in line with changing passenger preferences for entertainment.
Touch and LATAM also intend to expand the role of LATAM Play into a passenger engagement tool, creating new and unique touch points where LATAM can connect with passengers about its brand, offerings, and loyalty programme.
