HAECO Group has entered into a long-term agreement with Astronics CSC, to establish a service center in Xiamen, China that will provide Astronics and its airline customers with line-replaceable unit (LRU) services in the China and Asia Pacific regions. Under the terms of the agreement, HAECO Group subsidiary, HAECO Component Overhaul (Xiamen) – an authorized repair center for a wide range of component OEMs – will establish a fulfilment center providing specialized engineering and component services, including testing, maintenance and repair for Astronics CSC’s Summit LRUs.
Clement Au, general manager of HAECO Component Overhaul (Xiamen), said, “With our combined technical expertise and vast experience, we are confident that the component services center will provide reliable, high-quality in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) product maintenance services to airlines in the Asia Pacific region.”
