APEX (the Airline Passenger Experience Association), a non-profit international airline association, has announced its 2024-25 board of directors. The new board was decided during APEX’s annual general meeting (AGM) in Long Beach, California, USA, where the association’s officers, directors and members gathered to elect the directors. The board comprises volunteers from APEX member companies.

Their combined expertise and dedication will be invaluable as we advance the association’s mission,” said Lauren Costello, executive director of APEX. “With the support of this exceptional team, APEX is well-prepared to navigate industry challenges and create a future where air travel is not only safe and efficient, but also a truly exceptional experience for all passengers.”

Vice President: Mustafa Mucahitoglu, VP customer experience at Turkish Airlines
