APEX (the Airline Passenger Experience Association) has announced the members of its 2021-2022 board of directors, decided at the association’s second digital Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The directors elected to the 2020-2021 APEX Board are: Luc Bondar, president of MileagePlus and VP for marketing & loyalty at United Airlines; Jeffrey Goh, CEO of Star Alliance; and Job Heimerikx, CEO and founding partner of AirFi. Perry Cantarutti, senior VP for alliances & international at Delta Air Lines was also re-elected as a director, while Maura Chacko, VP for development at Spafax was re-elected as secretary.
These board members join the following officers:
President: Andres Castañeda, chief customer and digital officer & EVP, Aeroméxico
Vice President: Akira Mitsumasu, VP of global marketing at Japan Airlines
Treasurer: Joan Filippini, senior VP, non-theatrical sales, Paramount Pictures
President Emeritus: Anton Vidgen, director of brand experience, Air Canada
Directors: Zina Neophytou, VP, Out of Home BBC Studios; and Stefan List, head of cabin market insights, Airbus.
Elected by APEX members, the board of directors is comprised of volunteers from airline, alliance and supplier member companies. Each member brings unique insights and diverse experiences to meet the growing needs of the association and industry.
