Avianca is first South American customer for CL3710

June 5, 2017 – Recaro Aircraft Seating has received its first order from a South American airline for its CL3710 long-haul economy class seat. Avianca has placed an order for 3,170 units of the seat, for installation on its Airbus A320 fleet.

“This lightweight seat not only sets new standards when it comes to flexibility and reliability, but also with regard to cost-effectiveness and efficiency. We are very much looking forward to working with Recaro,” said Miguel Montoya, operations and technical senior VP, Avianca.
