Future Travel Experience EMEA Conference

The agenda has been launched for this year’s Future Travel Experience (FTE) EMEA Conference.
Curated content and unique formats will deliver a memorable learning experience by providing insights from industry leaders, technology giants, disruptors, parallel industries, academia, and startups. With a diverse range of session formats, FTE will provide outside-the-box thinking and inspiration on the future, and also hone in on the most pertinent topics and areas of interest.

The event is free to attend for airlines – just confirm three meetings during the event and you can experience the whole summit for no charge at all.

Through the theme of ‘Tomorrow’s customer’ the event will explore the needs of travellers going forward and focus on:

• Innovative approaches to better drive industry efficiency ambitions, and to protect the planet.
• Industry experiences of rolling out metaverse environments and crypto/NFT initiatives
• How can we take CX experiences involving the airport, baggage & aircraft to the next level for tomorrow’s customer?
• How to – practically – integrate sustainability into everything your organisation is doing day to day?
• Leveraging technology and innovation to create unique and inspiring customer experiences.
• The Future of Mobility, and how will air transport stakeholders play a more central role to the first and last 100 miles of the customer journey going forward?

The biggest names in the industry from across the globe are already part of the FTE EMEA speaker line-up, including senior executives from Swedavia, KLM, BEOND, Lufthansa, Meta, Hamad International Airport, NEOM Airlines, ITA Airways, Aeroporti di Roma, MSM.digital, Meta Reality Labs, Southwest Airlines, Greater Toronto Airports Authority, Plan3, Manna Drone Delivery, Alaska Airlines, and Bengaluru International Airport.

The three awards categories are ‘Best New CX Concept’ (vendors and startups), ‘Most Innovative Airline Initiative’, and ‘Most Innovative Airport Initiative’.
