Good news for flying sports fans!

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has selected IMG as the international inflight and inship rights holder for the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018 and the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020. The deal will see IMG distribute live coverage, highlights and programming from the Olympic Games to international territories, excluding the USA.

From February 9-25, live action from PyeongChang 2018 will be shown on Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra, the IMG-owned and operated channels produced for airlines and cruise ships. For the first time, the agreement also covers content from the Olympic Channel, which IMG will license to airlines and cruise ships and show on Sport 24.
