November 4, 2015 – AviationGlass & Technology, a Dutch company that specializes in the research, development and production of glass products for the aviation industry, has created an Advisory Board and appointed Peter Hartman, Prof. Edward Krubasik and Gijs Schoonderbeek as members.
Peter Hartman, currently vice chairman of Air France-KLM and formerly president and CEO of KLM until 2013, is an industry veteran bringing with him more than 42 years of aviation experience.
Prof. Edward G. Krubasik began his career at McKinsey & Co where he worked as partner and director for over 20 years before joining Siemens’ Central Executive Board in 1997, holding special responsibility for the company’s industry and transport business sector and corporate technology department. He is currently resident director at INSEAD, Fontainebleau and also serves as a board member of Antenna Company.
Gijs Schoonderbeek is an entrepreneur who successfully built the largest technical installation company in the Netherlands (Burgers Ergon), which he subsequently sold to Heijmans in 2007, a leading European construction company. Schoonderbeek is an active investor in several companies, focusing mainly on start-ups with new technologies.
