March 30, 2016 – According to an independent study carried out by the Top Employers Institute, Recaro Aircraft Seating ranks among the best employers for engineers in Germany in terms of personnel management and strategy.
Once a year, the Top Employers Institute honors the world’s best employers. For 2016, the institute stated that Recaro Aircraft Seating’s “forward-looking thinking with respect to employees, ongoing optimization of the work environment and continuous investment in employee development” were key to its assessment.
To obtain certification from the Top Employers Institute, Recaro was assessed on its talent strategy, leadership development and succession planning, as well as personnel planning, onboarding and performance management. Corporate culture, training and development, as well as compensation and benefits are also decisive criteria.
“We are very proud of this award and of our positive performance in the key area of human resources where we are not only able to meet the requirements for certification, but also to exceed them,” stated Fabian Nickel, director of human resources at Recaro Aircraft Seating.
