Diehl Aerosystems has expanded its partnership network by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AMES, which follows and complements a previous tie-up by Diehl Aerosystems with Regent Aerospace, announced in February.
AMES, based in Peggau, Austria, offers aerospace and mechanical engineering services with comprehensive certification capabilities (EASA DOA, POA and Part 145 approvals), having accumulated the experience of around 1,000 successfully completed EASA certification projects. By partnering with AMES, Diehl Aerosystems says it will benefit from further opportunities to offer individual products and complete cabin solutions according to certification requirements.
The partnership network for the retrofit market in total is set up to combine the know-how of all partners, who will be in the position to offer more comprehensive products and services to aircraft operators, leasing companies and MRO partners in one single package.
