May 25, 2017 – SAS is upgrading 5,000 Recaro BL3520 economy class seats with USB power on 40 aircraft in its fleet, with parts for the modification project being delivered from autumn 2017 – only a few months between order and delivery.
“We appreciate the good collaboration with Recaro Aircraft Seating. With this modification we can offer our passengers outstanding comfort on our short-haul fleet,” stated Per Tidéus, product manager for cabin interiors at SAS.
Ever since his first flight on a TriStar, Adam has loved air travel, and since becoming editor of the Aircraft Interiors International brand he has really enjoyed the opportunity to be involved with the latest aircraft and airline products before they are even launched.
