July 3, 2017 – Recaro Aircraft Seating has been honored with a Boeing Performance Excellence Award as a recognition of the company’s achievements in terms of delivery, quality and reliability. Every month during the period from October 2015 to September 2016, Boeing awarded the seat supplier a positive ‘Composite Performance Rating’, which earned Recaro the award.
The two companies have enjoyed a close collaboration for more than 17 years. In 2016 alone, Recaro’s production facility in Fort Worth, Texas, delivered 14,000 seats to Boeing’s Seattle and Charleston locations.
