Television presenter and disability advocate Sophie Morgan has created a documentary, in which she sends a group of disabled travellers undercover to expose the injustices – and consequences – of inadequate service experienced when flying.
Sophie also visits both the White House and Downing Street, shares details of the Air4All system that could allow passengers to stay in their wheelchairs while flying, and becomes the first British female paraplegic to take a zero-gravity flight.
This trailer gives a taste of what’s to come in the documentary, due to air on the UK’s Channel 4 on Monday 22nd July ay 9pm. As Sophie says, “It’s a hard watch at times. but a necessary one”.
