LOT Polish Airlines (LOT) has named Recaro Aircraft Seating as the exclusive seat supplier for its widebody fleet through 2030 – the first widebody project between the companies. This award encompasses eight Boeing 787 aircraft and includes the installation of CL6720 business-class seats, PL3530 premium-economy seats, and CL3810 economy-class seats.
The contract is for more than 2,000 passenger seats, delivery of which is scheduled to commence in Q3 2026. The CL6720 and PL3530 seats will be manufactured at Recaro’s facility in Schwaebisch Hall, Germany, while production of the economy-class seats will take place at Recaro’s facility in Świebodzin, Poland.
