UUDS Aero – Engineer project manager

UUDS AERO has been specializing since 1981 in the design, production and maintenance of cabin equipment, as well as in chemical interventions on aircraft (the Ecoshine depollution/cleanup technique was developed by UUDS). Our group's efficiency is based on our teams of professionals intervening at any moment (24/7) at all airport hubs.

The M/W Engineer Project Manager reports to the Industrialization Management.

Mission

• To provide operational guidance at every step of a project's advancement
• In charge of monitoring the implementation of the specifications, on a technical, financial and calendar plan
• He/she is in charge of:
- Coordinating the technical development
- Streamlining the deadline, quality / production cost / products or services maintenance ratio
- Keeping up with technical and technological developments


Job content

• In charge of guaranteeing the optimized development of products and/or changes, your main missions will be the following:
- To ensure and validate the 2D/3D model in full autonomy or as a member of a team (depending on the size of the project) as well as the project bundle (map, ILR, stress report and any relevant certification data)
- To provide technical follow-up with customers and DOA office
- To draw up the design / production / refurbishing / modification file
- To produce the cost estimates and budget monitoring
- To provide the technical data and fix the specifications
- To organize and lead the customers advancement meetings
- To pilot the technical advancement of projects in compliance with planning, costs and quality standards
- To solve technical problems and participate in products and services improvement
- To take part in the technological watch

Skills / qualities

• Engineering training (general, mechanical or aerospace) with 3 to 5 years of experience, or BTS/Licence with 5 to 10 years recognized experience, along with a specialization in project management, validated by a 2-year project leading experience

• Mastering product development / modifications of airplane cabin elements

• You have analytical skills and are known for your maturity and your capacity to understand the projects/processes as a whole. You can work in autonomy and have good interpersonal skills

• Perfect knowledge of English is essential to succeed in this position

Terms and conditions

• Contract type: CDI
• Date of hire: as soon as possible
• Location: position based in Roissy, international mobility
• Remuneration: 38 to 42K€, depending on profile and experience
